Life Between Lives Regression
World Religions such as Hinduism or Buddhism have teachings on reincarnation. The Egyptians believed in the transmigration of the soul, Pythagoras the Greek Mathematician & Philosopher believed in reincarnation. Films like What dreams may come, Birth and The Fountain all have exploratory narratives in the realm of past lives or the continuance of life after death. This Morning and Oprah have featured segments on the topic and songs like Stevie Wonders’ Higher Ground are infused with the lyrics “I’m so darn glad he let me try it again Cause my last time on earth I lived a whole world of sin I’m so glad that I know more than I knew thenGonna keep on tryin’ Till I reach the highest ground”.
From ancient wisdom to modern popular culture this is an enduring and timeless mystery. This technique is highly effective if the root cause of a problem in this lifetime stems from a previous incarnation. A thoroughly fascinating experience using hypnotic age regression techniques for Past Life Regression, often revealing very interesting facts about lives you have lived before. Sometimes there are specific details you can check and emotional or physical symptoms (especially ones that do not respond to other treatments) can have their origins in a past life.
Life Between Lives. I have specialised training in helping you to regress to this very special period. If you have past life, then this period is the transition point and has great spiritual and emotional significance. Find out what effect decisions and perceptions of this special time has had and continues to have on your present life.

We live in a fast paced and demanding world. Families today range from single parent mothers or fathers who are unemployed as they are looking after their young children to the best of their ability or employed and juggling work with familial responsibility. There are two parent families who have many children whilst both working and ensuring their children attend their extra curricular activities beyond school. These are just a couple of examples of the modern family unit of today. There is no standard and although some people have a social network who provide a helping hand other people do not have this.
Stress is experienced as prolonged pressure or a high degree of pressure which the individual feels, this exists not only through the world in which we live, but can stem from career, social expectations, situations and environments and traumatic events. Some of the symptoms of stress include feelings of not being able to cope, not being able to sleep, anger, feelings of restlessness and nail biting. If left unattended over a long period of time the person is at risk from heart attack or stroke. Advanced hypnotherapy really makes a difference in being able to deal with anxiety and stress-related symptoms in a brief and focused way compared to traditional counselling or ‘talk therapy’. The main difference being that hypnosis helps you address the subconscious root of the problem directly in a few sessions.

It can happen at any time in life and can last for months or years. If you feel you may be experiencing depression it’s important to visit your GP and with their advice hypnotherapy can be used in conjunction with any medical treatment you may be undergoing.

In some cultures Tobacco (in its natural form) is a sacred plant and is used in ceremonies and given as an offering of gratitude when requiring assistance from the spirit world. This is a positive, giving use for tobacco. We’ve grown up in a culture where smoking was socially acceptable and from an early age we witnessed our own parents and friends smoke. Times have now changed, new laws are now in place where smoking is not allowed to be advertised and no longer permitted in the work place.
Cigarettes contain over 4,000 harmful chemicals 50 of which are known carcinogens and smokers are no longer in the dark about the health implications related to smoking. Yul Brynner who died from lung cancer said in an interview only released after his death “Now that I’m gone, I tell you, don’t smoke. Whatever you do, just don’t smoke.” This knowledge brings about an inner dread of what the future may hold for smokers. Are you going around in the same cycle of stopping and starting? Have you tried to quit this habit a million times over? Is it always “tomorrow I will try again”? or perhaps you have decided now is the time to stop. Hypnotherapy can help you put this antisocial habit firmly behind you.

Obesity, anorexia, bulimia and low self confidence are examples from which people are suffering. In devaluing ourselves and feeling unhappy with our own self image, we may feel in a helpless position to bring about the change we would like to see. We are constantly bombarded with images of the perfect human form, celebrities, models, magazines, advertisements and television all endeavour to present the perfect woman or man. We live in an image obsessed society. However, most times these images have been manipulated to play upon our desires. We all hold our own beauty and each of us has a special value and something to provide. The human form is as unique as flowers in a garden, so many shades and shapes from the voluptuous to elegant, exotic to hardy.

Hypnotherapy is a guided treatment occurring in a safe environment induced by a fully qualified and experienced practitioner whilst the client is in the temporary psychological state of hypnosis. During hypnosis the mind and body are fully relaxed, however, this is not a state of sleep but is experienced with feelings of being at peace with an aware and awakened mind in which the client participates.
Hypnotherapy provides you with both the space and time to help you address any difficulties you may be experiencing at this time, whether they be from a recent event or something very deep seated which you have been grappling with for a very long time. People come to seek help from hypnotherapy for all kinds of reasons. Perhaps you are struggling to give up a self destructive habit such as smoking or drinking alcohol or suffer social phobias and insecurities such as low self esteem or anxiety. You may be highly stressed or be in physical pain from an injury or illness or find yourself at an impasse questioning your life’s purpose.
Whatever your needs hypnotherapy is an excellent, safe, positive and therapeutic way to help you overcome and/or release and ease that which is holding you back or preventing you from living the life you would like to create for yourself, therefore enabling you to manifest effective and desirable changes and apply them to your life.
